If you receive an incorrect, incomplete, damaged or genuinely defective product, contact AlGhani Store as soon as reasonably possible. Please do not send an item back on your own before speaking with customer care. Different products can require different return handling, especially larger items such as cycles, scooties and ride-on products.
When contacting us, provide your order ID, phone number, product name and a clear explanation of the issue. Photos or a short video may be requested when they help show visible damage, missing parts, packaging condition or a functional concern.
Return & exchange conditions
A request is reviewed according to the reason for return, product condition, order details and available stock. Products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, used beyond reasonable inspection, incorrectly assembled or returned without important included parts may not qualify. A change of preference after delivery does not automatically guarantee an exchange.
If an exchange is approved, the exact replacement depends on current stock and available colour, size or model. If the same option is unavailable, customer care may discuss another practical resolution. For products that may have a safety-related defect, stop using the item and keep it away from children until the concern has been reviewed.
Approved returns
If a return or refund is approved, customer care will explain the return method and any verification needed. Processing time can vary according to inspection, courier movement and the relevant payment method.
