How long does delivery normally take?
Our normal delivery guidance is around 3–5 days after processing and dispatch. Timing can vary by city, courier workload, holidays, weather and parcel size.
Can I confirm a colour or size before ordering?
Yes. Contact customer care with the product name and the option you need. Availability can change, so checking before ordering is useful when a specific variant is important.
How can I track an order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order ID and the phone number used at checkout. If tracking information is unclear, contact customer care with the same details.
What if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly. Keep the packaging, accessories and product together and share clear photos or a short video if requested. Do not send the item back before receiving return instructions.
Can I exchange a product just because I prefer another colour?
A preference change does not automatically guarantee an exchange. Eligibility depends on product condition, stock and the circumstances of the order. Customer care can explain the available option.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Where Cash on Delivery is available at checkout, you can place the order using that option. Order confirmation or verification may still be required before dispatch.
